Ladybird Kindergarten regards snack time as a social time with the aim to provide nutritious and healthy food, which meets the children’s individual needs. Children have a choice of fresh fruit and vegetables of the season, wholemeal bread, Ryvita, Melba toast, butter and cheese. We do include cultural food to make children aware of different diets. Choice of drinks: Water, milk and diluted fresh fruit juice. Water is available to children throughout the session.

 

Staff

Due to commitments to safeguarding children, we follow a careful structured recruitment and selection procedure. Our pre-school staff are experienced and trained to meet individual emotional and developmental needs and provide inclusive play and learning opportunities.Each child has a key person responsible for your child’s individual needs. Although the key person will be your main point of contact, all pre-school staff will be happy to feedback on your child’s developmental progress on a daily basis or discuss any concerns with you.
